They call the course CLAIT because men could not get their tongues round the alternative (sigh). My experience of the course is that the marking is boredom on toast and the moderators could pick nits if it was an Olympic sport. OTOH CLAIT is the most popular way of gaining a practical qualification in IT because it does not involve a written exam.

Why anyone thinks IT should be assessed by a written exam rather than a multimedia presentation or a web page I do not know.
